Installation Guide:
TEST before installation:

Connect each piece of gauge to adaptor that comes with the kit, then test the kit by connecting to 12VDC battery or power supplier.

The adapter offers 4 plugs, If the gauge kit needs less than 4 plugs, you can cover the unused plug with electric tape.

Do not connect the gauge panel to 12 VDC power without the inverter/adapter.

The EL glow gauge is emitted by AC voltage, the adapter(inverter) will transform the 12VDC to 50~75 VAC. After connecting to power, don’t touch bare terminals or solder points over the output side, will cause uncomfortable electric shock.
Installation steps:

Turn off the car.

Remove screws that hold the bezel and cluster.

Disconnect the wire plugs to the cluster.
-
Remove the clear cover that protects the needles and the black housing around the gauge.

If there are screws that hold the faceplate remove them.
-
Gently slide the gauge face over the needle.
-
Locate a spot to run wire in the cluster.
-
Screw in the screws to the faceplate, if removed.

Install back the clear protection cover.

Plug the connectors of faceplates to inverter.
-
Locate the adapter and dimmer controller to desired place.

Wiring BLACK wire to ground(-, negative), and parallel connect RED wire(+, positive) to parking light / headlight / cigarette lighter/ original light dimmer switch which supplies 12 VDC power. If you don’t know how to figure out the wires, please let the professionalism to help you.

Turn on the car and check if the glow gauge works normally.
